What are the three components to burning body fat?

The answer:

Fat is the enemy to long term health. If you want to lose fat, then you need to know the three components to fat loss.

Appetite Control - This seems obvious and is the most commonly discussed component of fat loss. Control your calories so they are not converted to fat.

Insulin Management - Insulin is a polypeptide hormone that regulates carbohydrate metabolism among its many other functions. If your insulin levels are out of balance your body will store fat.

Thermogenesis- The process of heat production in organisms. Protein is the most thermogenic macronutrient increasing heat production in the body enabling you to burn fat.
