How 14 Days Changed Troy’s Life

A tough guy with a tough job, Troy’s a cop, navy vet, SWAT teamer, martial arts specialist, trainer in defense, explosives, etc. A lot of glamorous stuff but at the end of the day he works his ass off, doing difficult stuff on brutal shifts that would unravel most human beings. Not to call Troy out, but for more years than he’d care for me to mention, Troy’s been doing the life version of “lather, rinse, repeat:” Working hard, training, eating, sleeping, and not getting a day younger. And yet, in the last two weeks Troy enjoyed top 1% results!
