Are You Needlessly Tolerating Any of These Symptoms?

  • Gradual weight gain, especially around the midsection
  • Drop in energy levels after lunch or late afternoons
  • Frequent cravings for snacks, sweets or other junk food
  • A disappointing or declining sex life
  • A reliance on coffee to get you going and more to keep you going
  • Lack of energy to share when you get home from work
  • Do you feel like you’ve aged 3 years in the last 19 months?
  • Do you stay covered up because your muscles look soft?

Are any of these familiar to you? If so, you’re not alone.

For literally millions of people these side effects of a busy, demanding life, are being accepted as a part of life. This is a tragedy: blindly and wrongly accepting this suffering as the price to get ahead and a “natural part” of aging.

In reality, these symptoms of the self-diagnosed disease of “aging” are more likely the result of being over-worked, over-stressed, overtired, over-fed and under-nourished.

Perhaps, to you, this suffering and sacrifice is “the price to get ahead.” Your strength is fading, health hanging by a thread–sure, you could pay with your life but not if you “beat the buzzer.” Right now is the time to make it happen, to stop surviving and start thriving.

You may have managed to place the price you’re paying now, in the future–becoming wonderfully blind to the ass-kicking life is giving right now. But trust me, if you are tolerating even ONE of these symptoms, rest assured your job performance, your most precious relationships and your energy to enjoy life are all suffering greatly.

I’m sure you’d agree, this is a price you do not want to pay. Please promise me you won’t. You don’t have to, unless you’re too stubborn to accept help.
