Troy’s one of my Harley riding buddies from the Sturgis days.
(That’s Troy on the left, with the smile; myself and Tom Terwilliger in finest Sturgis attire.)
A tough guy with a tough job, Troy’s a cop, navy vet, SWAT teamer, martial arts specialist, trainer in defense, explosives, etc. A lot of glamorous stuff but at the end of the day he works his ass off, doing difficult stuff on brutal shifts that would unravel most human beings.
Not to call Troy out, but for more years than he’d care for me to mention, Troy’s been doing the life version of “lather, rinse, repeat:” Working hard, training, eating, sleeping, and not getting a day younger.
And yet, in the last two weeks Troy enjoyed top 1% results!
While the “other 99%,” you and I included, would struggle to come up with anything significant—let alone life transformative—in the last 14 days, Troy’s enjoyed a more energizing and transformative last two weeks than anyone I know.
He’s back on top—enjoying a personal revival; a new level of energy and optimism.
Sure, he dropped 5 pounds, without effort, without dieting, but that’s small compared to the radical difference in the way he’s feeling; his energy, mood and even sleeping.
Two weeks—14 days—is not a lot of time to go from “getting by” to feeling Great. The triggering event was when I challenged Troy…
A few weeks ago, I’m driving home talking to “T” on the phone—which is always hit and miss as I’m never sure when he’s going to be on duty or sleeping.
A veteran of fitness, also in his 40’s, Troy’s forgotten more about building strength and muscle than most men will ever know—and it shows. For this he gets a free pass. I don’t lecture Troy on training or nutrition.
Yet, in the midst of a typical “what’s up?” conversation, Troy starts telling me how his appetite has “gone through the roof…he just eats and wants to eat more.”
Now, when you’re 22 that’s a great way to pack on some weight. But at 42, that’s not so nice as it’s a sure way to pack on weight.
Not feeling patience, I tell him, “Take the 2 week Challenge!”
“What?,” he says, caught off guard by my tone.
“You using your Full Strength?,” I ask.
“Sure, now and then,” he says, “not every day.”
“Dude, stop messing around! Do me this one favor. Take one Full Strength a day for 2 weeks and just see what happens,” I challenge him.
“Do it every day for 14 days… I’ll leave it for you to discover but know this is where the magic happens.”
That was 14 days ago. Yesterday I received the following in depth email from him:
“Hey brother! Yes, I finished up [the 2-week challenge] Sunday.
First, got to say, that chocolate is ridiculous good. Can’t believe it’s good for me. That’s a given but it’s the “rest of the story” that quite honestly surprised me!
You know I’ve always had a fairly blazee attitude towards nutritional shakes, bars, etc…
I’ve been at this too long not to be wise to the overhyped claims of it all. Plus, I eat clean, train my ass off, and take a LOT of quality health supplements, and I take NO prescriptions or even ‘over the counter’ meds AT ALL. Anything I do take is prepared by the pharmacy at the ‘Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.’
My ‘Achiles Heel’ is, as it always has been, that I eat a TON of food!! It is very difficult for me to find lasting satisfaction in ‘normally’ portioned meals! I can eat big meal and I’m starving again in a few hours.
So, changing NOTHING ELSE in my daily regimen, other than adding one ‘Full Strength’, I lost 5 pounds during that two weeks??!! And that’s coming from a guy who knows his body, that knows his weight and that 5 real pounds lost that literally just disappeared.
This is great news but what really grabbed me hard was that my sleep has been markedly improved, as well as my energy and that ’signature’ Troy irritability are significantly improved!
With a sleep schedule as messed up as mine, this sleep thing is no small feat! And really, Troy in a better mood, easier to be around has made a profound impact in my life and all those who interact with me. (Don’t tell anyone but I may have even let a few speeders go… ha!)
From my years in the gym, size & strength have never really been a problem for me to build and maintain. But by the middle of week two I noted an increase in strength, (compelling for me since weight LOSS normally represents a proportional loss of strength as well?!).
I certainly ‘get’ that the increase in energy & decrease in my standard level of irritability COULD be directly attributable to the increased amount of sleep. BUT I am fairly ’self-aware’ and in tune with my body, and since I quite consciously changed nothing else during that two weeks, I can only attribute those other observed differences to the addition of ‘Full Strength’!
I am frankly both amazed and frustrated.
Amazed by the results. I mean, I know you and your commitment to excellence in everything you do and fully get how much you’ve put into Full Strength. Still, quite honestly I just never thought a ’shake’, even one of an obviously exceptional as this, could make a ‘real difference.’ Like most experienced people I thought of it as a ‘protein supplement’ less a life transforming meal.
I stand corrected and happy about it, for once.
Frustrated? No, not the ol’ me coming back but I’ve got to ask why you didn’t challenge me two years ago? Why’d you keep this “life elixir” a secret?
I know, you’re a modest man who doesn’t brag but my advice to you is simple:
Stop keeping Full Strength a secret! Get over the idea that everyone is going to find it eventually and get out, start living your life mission, saving lives. There’s not a man over 30 who’s life won’t be positively changed in just 14 days of Full Strength.
If you don’t, I will.
With all the crap out there people are wasting money and time on, they all deserve better, they deserve a chance to experience something real, Full Strength: a nutritional product that doesn’t just do what it promises but out performs even what the science shows it will do.
I’m grateful to you for encouraging me and now let me be that challenger of every man out there.
Hello boys! Give me 2 weeks! Just 2 weeks and feel your life change.
The difference ‘Full Strength’ made in my life in just two weeks is profound!!
As always, I should know better than to ‘question’ you!
Thank You Brother! Very well done!

This is such a great story and I love that Troy–who knows you, and knows Full Strength so well–was so completely blown away simply because you called him on his slip into mediocrity. Consider if 10,000, 20,000 or even 50,000 people did this two week challenge – the impact on our country’s energetic forces alone could be phenomenal! Thanks for putting the challenge out there Shawn…

What a great experience Shawn. You gave new life to this washed up 27 year old. I just placed an order for the samples of Full Strength. Unfortunately, due to finances, I can’t do the two week challenge yet. I’ll be saving up for it to take that challenge very soon.
Keep up the great work you do!
