		<description>Ok, I get your meaning.  The hang up for me is when I hit that plateau after losing 40 lbs or so.  I fall asleep at the drop of a hat.  I don&#039;t make gains/fat loss. Motivation decreases and I get discouraged...yada, yada, yada.  In an earlier post on the FIT Success site you mentioned something that made me think.  Maybe what I&#039;m really losing is belief.  Belief that I will continue to reach my goals, belief that if I can hang in there long enough that I will move off the plateau.  It would be great to be able to hang on to the belief that if I can lose 40, I can lose 80.  I would appreciate any insights you might have Sean.</description>
