Did you know what you feed your mind, the information diet your are on, may be even more important to your strength and well being than what you eat?
Most people don’t and thus wind up filling their heads with loads of information that is nothing more than junk food for the mind.
It’s knowledge you seek but Wisdom you desire. In an info-society, knowledge abounds but Wisdom is more rare than ever.
In this excerpt from The Genius Network with mega-successful entrepreneur and host, Joe Polish listen as we discuss why there’s so much to read on health and fitness yet there’s so little that makes a true and lasting impact. You’ll hear why Wisdom is more precious than knowledge, and how they differ.

Hello, again, Shawn,
Your weekly SSM emails have become a weekly ritual for me. I look forward with anticipation to each one. Your teachings goes far beyond physical fitness, which is, naturally, incorporated, to attempting to build and improve the entire person.
I just got an inspired thought while typing this response to this weeks email. “Muscles built on an empty shell are just muscles built on a robot.” Not nearly as profound as your, “Knowledge informs but Wisdom Transforms”, but still worth the thought.
Thanks, again, for your weekly emails.
Best regards,
Don Muller

Beyond health and fitness, we see a world torn apart by greed, war, hatred and ignorance.
Higher consciousness is needed and wisdom has been sacrificed on the altar of special interests.
We all now have to become involved in our world.
