The 12-Day Reboot: It’s What Comes Before a Transformation

Tue, Jan 13, 2009

Welcome to 2009. Yes, it’s official. There’s no going back now.

The arrival of the new year is a time of renewal. We renew our vision, set some inspiring goals or resolutions.

With a renewed optimism we start in full-steam completely ignoring the most important renewal: YOU!!!

That’s right—renewal begins with YOU.

Let’s face it, as wonderful as the holidays can be for the heart, they fall well short of delivering the sort of deep invigorating renewal and full-system reset that two weeks on a beach will.

It’s this idea of renewal—not simply “cleansing” your body but performing an entire system reboot—for your body and mind—which makes Chapter 5 of Strength for Life arguably the most important chapter of the most important fitness book of the last decade.

In this chapter, I teach you to STOP! And why taking a single step back is actually three steps forward.

If you’ve struggled through a 12-week Transformation before, had less than stunning results, or failed to complete one altogether I’ll show you why it’s not your fault. For without this missing ingredient, even for the most eager people are prone to hit an invisible wall.

This wall (the cause of which is explained in Chapter 5) most often feels like a lack of motivation–when it’s not about motivation at all.

I’ve some good news: What you really failed to do was prepare—to start strong. And that’s what Chapter 5 of Strength for Life is all about.

This is my new years gift to you. If you don’t own the book, if you’ve not already engaged in your “12-day Reboot,” open this chapter up and begin with me tomorrow.

Go, grab this chapter 5 in its entirety now and discover just how great you can feel in just 12 short days! Hurry before some one sees it and I have to pull it down.

Then join me tomorrow as set ourselves up for success and a Transformative year with Phase 1 of Strength for Life, the “12-Day Total System Reboot for Body and Mind,” a.k.a. the most important first move in fitness, Renewal!

Until Next Week…

Stay Strong,

Shawn

Lets here it because I think most working class people are maxed out & need balance more than burnout.

An entire system reboot huh? Might that be sort of like boot camp for the nature lovers? You Mr. Shawn are an artist of the physical vehicle, and I admire your dedication. Keep up the good fight ~ Three cheers for the art of bodybuilding!!!
