Happy New Year!  I think you gave some great advice about waiting two weeks to &quot;attack&quot; exercising.  I&#039;m beginning with meditation, walks on the beach (I can in LA), alot of movement on beach and dancing and cutting back on portions and watching what I consume even though my diet is good with protein, veggie and fruits.  I have a sensitivity to wheat and simple sugar! (Trust me on this one)
I have a question regarding &quot;Full Strength&quot;  I&#039;m off simple sugar, wheat, dairy and caffeine.  Are any of these ingredients in Full Strength?
