Energy, where does it come from? Where does it go? How to I get it and better yet, how can I learn to keep some of it around?

Energy is a confusing subject for many—precisely because it seems so obvious. Because many think they know what it is. Trying to understand it is a little like trying to get an accurate read on either candidate during the presidential election. You have to know from where you information if coming because everyone has an agenda and that agenda determines the spin.
Nearly everyone has the same motive but rest assured most all have a motive. For the energy drink marketers, it’s pretty simple: sell more Bull $&%& or whatever flavor of sugar-loaded caffeine one opts to concoct—maybe even add a few “pseudo nutrients” to further the disguise of healthy.
For weight loss supplement sellers, it’s equally as transparent. It’s all about you believing in the Wizard of Oz rendition of what energy is and how you get it.
Beyond 5 Hour Energy
Like so much popular culture—or shall I say, “pop,” it’s easy to get sucked into but the reality is Red Bull is a source of energy like Britney Spears is a source of music.
I’ll let you chew on that one.
When you strip away all the BS, all the story and motive, there’s a relatively simple formula to creating a steady flow of Authentic Energy—that sort of energy most people haven’t felt since they we children. And that’s precisely what John Allen Mollenhauer, the creator of Performance Lifestyle Solutions and myself set out to reveal in a recent phone conversation.
In this 3 part candid dialogue you will learn the truth about..
- why it’s so easy to misunderstood energy - what real energy is and where it comes from - how to get more energy and keep it! - And much, much more… |

Shawn, This was great. I can’t wait for part 2. I forwarded this to my coach, Tommy Newberry. He is a great believer in getting in terrific phyisical condition and eating right in order to be successful. This providing the extra strength for sustainable growth and success. Between your wisdom and his, as well as other writers I’m sure that the changes I’ve made in my life will continue. I’ve lost 25lbs and am in the best shape I’ve ever been.
I love full strength and have shared it with several friends, many in my taekwondo studio, and everyone loves it. If I can just get rid of the little extra fat below my belly button… Do you have some advice for that difficult spot?
Stay Strong!!
