<description>I am committed to my training. I have a dream of completing an Iron Man Race next year when I turn sixty. I am currently training for a half IM in Austin, Tx. I still get nervous in the open water, I am a slow swimmer, I am an over cautious biker and a pretty good runner but that is my committment - not to let my limitations get in my way of realizing my goals. I love the way I feel after a good workout. I know that my nutrition is key to how well I can sustain those long workouts - I have learned by tough experiences. I have a portion of full strength each day - weather in pudding form or drink or add it to my power pancake. I love being fit and I long to let other women my age know that being fit makes life so much more fun as we age.
