I followed the Body-for-LIFE program back late 90&#039;s (placed in top 2,000 of 100,000 one 12 week cycle), and found you have to have a Cheat Day. Let Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day be the &quot;cheat&quot; days, do what you want, eat what you want, and enjoy it. Having days off actually helped me stay with the program than if I did not have a day off.</description>
